This experience sparked their commitment to helping others move with strength and ease. Evan enjoys working with clients at every stage of their wellness journey—whether guiding someone through rehabilitation, supporting pre- and postnatal clients, or helping dedicated movers push their fitness to the next level.

With extensive experience helping clients manage conditions such as neck and back pain, hip pain, hypermobility, scoliosis, osteoporosis, tendonitis, herniations, spondylosis, stenosis,  nerve issues and lordosis, Evan brings care, knowledge, and creativity to every session. Their personalized approach combines precision with challenge—always tailored to meet each client’s needs and goals.

Evan believes that “with Pilates, we can keep the body functional, supported, and expressive”—a philosophy they bring to every session, empowering clients to discover their body’s potential and celebrate their progress.
